CLIENTs: Nestly

The Brass St project is a brilliant showcase of how Nestly is redefining the standard for modern living in Austin. This build balances a sophisticated, editorial aesthetic with the functional warmth that defines a true home. In capturing these spaces, I focused on highlighting the structural lines and the intentional flow between the open-concept living areas and the more private, refined retreats. Using natural light as a tool, I was able to define the volume of the rooms and draw attention to the high-end finishes and rich textures that Nestly integrates into every design.

Collaborating with the Nestly team allowed for a precise "reading" of the design intent, ensuring that each composition respected the geometry and symmetry of the architecture. From the crisp elevations to the visual pathing created by the staircase and custom cabinetry, the goal was to find the exact perspectives that honor the project's scale and materials. It’s always a spot-on experience to document a project where the craftsmanship is this elevated and the design is so clearly focused on modern livability.
