Bit Lane
The Bit Lane project in Cedar Park is a compelling narrative of transformation, where traditional bones were reimagined into a sophisticated, modern sanctuary. Partnering with Jamie Naugle Interiors and Wild Creek Custom Renovations, my goal was to capture the intersection of Jamie’s organic, refined aesthetic and Wild Creek’s precision-driven construction. By "reading" the new layout, I used light as a selective tool to define the volume of the open-concept living area and emphasize the tactile richness of the natural stone and custom millwork. Each composition was intentionally framed to honor the visual flow from the sun-drenched common spaces to the more intimate, thoughtfully curated nooks that define this home’s new identity.
Documenting this renovation allowed me to showcase the "difference in the details" that both teams champion—from the exact alignment of the countertop edge profiles to the way the symmetry in the primary suite creates an immediate sense of calm. The visual pathing throughout the home was spot on, offering a series of brilliant perspectives that reveal how Jamie’s "beautiful things with meaning" philosophy is anchored by Wild Creek’s structural integrity. Finding the strongest angles to tell the story of this Cedar Park retreat was a creative pleasure, highlighting a finished product that is as editorially resonant as it is deeply livable. Cheers to a collaboration that perfectly balances design intent with masterful execution.
